Ek Pahel today officially inaugurated Swabhiman Women Empowerment Exhibition Centre. In this centre, Ek Pahel would display handcrafted items such as candles, soaps and bags prepared by young girls and women at Ek Pahel Pathshala. The exhibition centre was inaugurated by Shipra Shukla Ji - Chairperson UPID. Dr. Neetu Chaudhary was the guest of honour. On the occasion needy girls and women enrolled in stitching and beautician camp being conducted under the aegis of Dr. Saroj Prashant and Mrs. Manoj Bal were also commemorated for their spirit to manage home and learn a new skill and be financially independent. Shipra Shuklaji was very impressed with the candles and soaps and the talent of young girls and guaranteed their admission in UPID after the students pass XII class.
